Story: Kai Eto's a rookie who just joined the Narcotics Control Division of the Tokyo Police. He looks cheerful and innocent enough, but Kai has a dark secret. His new partner Hal Kurabayashi is much more street-smart and experienced. When this mismatched duo pair up to root out drug dealers, they find that they're not just searching for criminals, they're also competing with the local police to bust the bad guys first.

Unfortunately this isn't a series that will air on Japanese TV. It's the first of two OVAs, DVD only releases. The first part is coming out on 24.10.08. :)

This anime is just an OVA. I'm talking about them doing the actual story series. This is just filler.

No, this is based off the manga 'switch.' The manga and anime start off at different points though and the manga goes into more into depth in the story while the anime is only two episodes long.
