  • how precise are the bearings for the liniair movements? is that precise enough for pcb? I heard that trapezium also is better then ballbearings, last one has always a little backlash and pcb demand high precision, she are not supported that is sometimes a problem.

  • @keesijp49 Maybe for industrial scale these may become a problem, but for home PCB making, I havent experienced any of these problems... backlash can be compensated a little bit in the code. I used common ball bearings, they are not high precision ones. The linear round guides are SAE 52100, h6 precision.

    I've been able to make tracks as thin as 0,20mm.
