Filmed in New York, Paris and London, these artists, have fled their native lands due to political repression.

Melancholic songs of home and the exhilarating fusion of world-beat styles, is the sound of Musicians in Exile.

Featured Performances by South Africans Hugh Masekela -- Dudu Pukwana -- Julian Bahula, Chileans Quilapayun and Cubans Paquito D'Rivera and Daniel Ponce.

Length: 75 MINUTES.

  • He defected! But can't quite blame the guy. You can't just come and go as you please and he knew that he had so much more to offer the world and than he could if he stayed on the tiny island of Cuba. He's a master of music and the world needed to get to know him.
