I'm mum of two 6 & 2 year old, and I have to say that I fully agree with you! The education goes at the very first from the parents and the way they deal with all the extarnal influence that can fall on their children. So, when parents are there to give the right example, whatever influence is, it will not have much impact. My 6 year old is actually listen to rock, by tv have heard the kind of language you mention, but no way, god, no way she never ever uses it! By the way, thx for great music!

In fairness, Meatloaf, nobody was accusing you of being prejudiced or racist. Some lady didn't appreciate you swearing at a gig where children were present. Why did you then talk for 3 hours about how tolerant and generally nice you are? Your dad a minister? Your mum bringing a black to a church? So what? How is any of that in any way relevant to that lady's complaint?

I have met Meat Loaf's daughter Pearl & let me tell you, she is one of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever met in my life !! She did a meet & greet after a concert where she opened for her dad , {Both of them rocked the stage} & she is sweet, & talented and a genuinely nice person. Definitely the product of responsible & caring parenting !!! That woman could learn a lot from you. Good job, Meat !!!!
