wow man really??? way too much water and you got to put the oil in a cast iron skillet not on the bread! it defintitely helps to knead the dough and if you use 5 pounds of flour you have to push real hard you definitely did not knead your dough enought to get out that massive amount of water you used, plus you didn't mix it well enough before kneading the dough, and when you knead it especially if there is that much water in it you got to do it on a floured counter or cutting board
its just fry bread dont add indian or navajo
