is it free? i am looking for something to stream movies and shows on blogtv and i have a free try of ScreenCamera. i was told it works but i cant get it to work.

hey i am using a philips SPC 700 NC webcam and the program finds the webcam but when i press start it wont turn it on? i can use this cam on stickam but it is dark for somereason and have no setting to change. id love to figure this out or then i just will have to get windows 7...

@AppA Yes it does! And yes.. seems like if I go over 1GB full video.. my ISP decides to cut the upload.. *Kicks the router
