@GlucoseGuy there is usually such a thing. "cheap" is realtive, but the Dead Space 2 online pass was priced around $10 on the PSN IIRC.

Never blame your (potential) customers for not buying the game at full price. The market is very competitive and if customers would rather wait and save some dollars than buy the game on launch day it says something about the quality of the product (or your lack of marketing).
