READ INFO when u do shutdown 4 ur pc any small bugs they still will be running on bios u know u block the pup up but u think the bug will be close when u use shutdown . well thats not how it works man trust me any shutdown without closing as a windows recommended will still be running in bios will not work 4 bios READ info FOR shutdhowns SMALL bugs u will learn i know pc for 8 YEARS

I had a shutdown i typed shutdown -a in run and it didnt work so it just shutdown and restarted and i couldnt log on to my acount not in safe mode either

shutdown -a (at run type that mostly sasser and blaster worm does that)
