In this tutorial, I show you how to make a super-cool navigation bar in iWeb. This uses a reverse gradient to make it look 3D.

NOTES:
-Command=Apple key
-Command C=copy
-Command V= Paste
-Command A=Select All
-The noise at the end is my dog, Bailey
-I am laughing because my dog can make the weirdest noises

  • thanks, but how do you make it go to somewhere when you click on it?

  • You select the link, or button in iWeb, then go to the hyperlink tab in the inspector (the arrow), and go from there. Does that make sense?

  • I think it would be easier to make a 3D button in Adobe Photoshop or a browser as you say. But I think it would be good for those who do not know how to use PhotoShop or do not know that such a program. Eh not such a good sense of this negative criticism or attempt to destroy a tutorial. On the contrary I think it's very constructive. I hope you do not take it amiss ...

    Greetings!

  • Not at all, I agree you could make far better, higher quality buttons in Photoshop or GIMP, but this tutorial as you say is for those who don't know how to use, or don't have such programs.
