Knox Farm, in East Aurora, NY, is set to close today, the last day of the year. The folks who use the state park on a regular basis are not the only ones who are affected by this closing. Arrangements had to be made for the lifelong residents, 12 sheep, 4 goats and a llama, as to who would care for them and where they would live. The SPCA Serving Erie County agreed to take the animals and find permanent homes for them. Visit YourSPCA.org to help or stop by the Tonawanda shelter to visit our new friends!
I remember them from the farm :(
