You vave the right idea, the Fire extingisher needs turned the other way, and cut at a diagenal, then pinched closed along the cut side, welded, the bottom cut off and the exaust pipe with you new tube you've buit, fitted to the now pointy bottomed case of the fire extingiusher houseing. the way yours is fitted the volume of expantion is to big and will ruin your engine.

@mtbxcfreak , cheers , though now i have the sbp tuned pipe and have modified it with copper tubing , the muffler is now under the rear guard on my full suspension rocky mountain , shall make video this weekend if weather is ok , thanks again , Jude .
