  • I mean the way cooked it is prolly the best way of cooking it, just don't like some of them pansy TV chef wannabe that fucks the perfectly good beef by putting so many bullshit spices into it!! BTW after you take it out of the grill let it sit for about 3 more minute before serving it saturates the flavor more, because you letting the juice proper for more flavor, and put a little bit of rock salt and that's about it.. eat with a good glass of beurdeux or stags leap cabernet..
