Breton Machine Tool division (more than 500 employees-86.000 m² facility-Italy) develops and manufactures high-speed machining centers specially conceived for the manufacturing of aerospace structures and engines but also for the sectors of die making, and automotive.

•Flymill 1000/1300/1600/2000 with with 5 interpolated axes, working area (X,Y,Z) from 2500x2000x1000 mm to 4000x8000x2000 mm, 60 m/min rapids. Ideal solution for Steel, Aluminium, Composites and Resins machinings.
•Flymill HD 1000/13000 with with 5 interpolated axes, working area (X;Y;Z) from 2500x3000x1000 to 3500x8000x1000 mm, 60 m/min rapids. Heavy Duty structure and Head with torque up to 480 Nm. Ideal solution for Steel, Aluminium, Composites and Resins machinings.
•Maxima 1200/1200 Twin/1600/2000 turns, mills and grinds in one set-up big parts; with 6 interpolated axes, working area (X,Y,Z) from 2500x2000x1000 mm to 3500x8000x1300 mm, 60 m/min rapids; turning table diameter up to 2000 mm and loading capacity up to 12.000 kg; turning spindle speed up to 250 rpm. Ideal solution for Special Alloys (Titanium, Inconel), Steel, Aluminium.
•Matrix 800 /1000/1300 with 5 interpolated axes with twisting heads with Direct Drive Technology, working range (X,Y,Z) from 2000x1600x800 mm to 3900x8000x1300 mm. C axis continuous, 40 m/min rapids. Ideal solution for Light Alloys, Steel, Aluminium, Composites and Resins machinings.
•Xceeder 900/1200, 5 interpolated axes with Rotary Tilting Table through Direct Drive Technology and changing pallet up to 5 stations, 60 m/min rapids. Ideal solution for Special Alloys (Titanium, Inconel), Steel, Aluminium, Composites and Resins machinings.
•Ultrix 800/1000 turns, mills and grinds in one set-up; with 5 interpolated axes turning table with diameter up to 1000 mm, loading capacity up to 2500 kg and turning spindle speed up to 800rpm. Ideal solution for Special Alloys (Titanium, Inconel), Steel, Aluminium, Composites and Resins machinings.
•Shapemill 1000/1300/1600/2000 with 5 interpolated axes, with working area (X,Y,Z) from 2500x2000x1000 mm to 4000x8000x2000 mm; 40 m/min rapid. Ideal solution for Composites, Resins and Light Alloys machinings.
All machines have powerful electro-spindles with power up to 40 kW, torque up to 300 Nm and spindle speed revolution up to 40.000rpm, 60 m/min rapids.
