Here is "So Deep Is The Night", which uses the melody of Frederic Chopin's "Tristesse." Visually I have added photographs from the 1944 film, "A Song To Remember" which was based on Chopin's life. It starred Cornel Wilde (as Chopin) and Merle Oberon (as Georges Sand).

  • Thank you for mentioning the movie "A song to remember" which I believe it the movie I watched when I was little and have been trying to recall the title.

  • Today one does not see such handsomeness, beauty and music of such great feeling. Our society has regressed quite rapidly into an oblivion of animalistic nothingness. Thank you for allowing me to have a glimpse of yesteryear, and the beautiful memories it brings. Thank you! Merci beaucoup! Grazi!
