You really think you can decrete wealth an progress? Just put it on paper and it will be done? This is pure lunacy. Why don't you leave the tax payers' money in their pockets so they can actually do it. 70% of all taxes are eaten up by your own burocracy that restricts human creativity with multitude of regulations produced at a rate of at least one par day. You rob people of both money and fredom to act and build wealth. This is EUSSR.
