L.A. Kings - Rob Scuderi hipchecks Jason Chimera - (Chimera reacts) 10/25/09

Rob Scuderi hipchecks Jason Chimera -- maybe a bit too low -- and Chimera reacts in front of my camera (at a Kings' home game 10/25/09). The inconsiderate kids in the front row slammed on the window, and annoyed Chimera. I can't blame Chimera for being upset at Scuderi and the audience. I wish our L.A. audience had been more concerned about Chimera's well-being, and it would've been classy had everyone cheered him on after he stood up rather than boo'd! Come on, L.A. -- let's show the other team more respect! And let's be glad that Chimera was not seriously injured! Aside from that, it was a great game! Go, Kings!

well if you watch the slow mo of the hit Scuderi hits Chimera right at the hips which is perfectly fine. And who cares if he got a little hurt it's a contact sport. Chimera should be happy about the hit because now he will be in highlight videos. It's a hockey game people, players get hurt. If it bothers you that bad watch soccer
