Rep. Joe Wilson Calls Obama A Liar During Address

The isolated portion of President Obama's address to Congress in which Rep. Joe Wilson of South Carolina shouts "You lie" after Obama says that illegal immigrants would not benefit from his health care reform plan.

Later, CNN's Dana Bash, reporting from inside the House Chamber, reports that "we have a pretty good idea who this Republican Congressman was, but we want to wait to be absolutely sure before we name him, so to speak, and call him out on that..."

I seem to recall the Dumbocrats calling for Bush to be impeached for invading Iraq, AFTER the Dubmocrats in Congress voted for the authorization. Did Obama go to Congress for a Declaration of War?
