We have a retired greyhound, Heidi, (video of her on my channel) and she's the perfect pet. Everyone should consider a greyhound as a pet, my sister is asthmatic and has a pet allergy but had had NO reaction whatsoever to our greyhound! They're brilliant dogs. :)

They are sweet, loving, gentle, well mannered, smart and eager to please. Having never been in a house, she has NEVER had an accident. Learned stairs in a day, had full run of the place after a few weeks of crate training. Friendly with everyone she meets and dogs except for the little ones under 10 pounds. Walks like a dream - does not pull. Sleeps like the couch potato they are known to be. Minimal shedding, barking, smell. Make a fast friend - adopt a greyhound!

Greyhounds are nice dogs, one part that he said i dont agree with, i know im probaly going to get hate saying this but its true, greyhounds have a higher prey drive than some breeds and like to chase small things(like cats, or what they chase around the track)

This is were i adopted my Dark Brindle greyhound Homer, two weeks the man is very honest and genuin and homer so adorable. Yes good luck to the others.

A man walked along a beach when he saw a woman scooping up starfish off the sand and tossing them into the waves. He asked her what she was doing. The woman replied "When the tide goes out it leaves these starfish stranded. They will dry up and die, so I am throwing them back into the sea."
He then asked her "But there are hundreds of stranded starfish, you can't save all of them. What difference does it make?"
