@nickharvey7 1. nope, it's also represent an energy which particle have on that "passage"
2. as far I knew, it's just predicted the probability of "the past and the future" of electron' traveling area
-
@nickharvey7 not exactly it's more complicated, the simple thinks are differences between quantum and classical physics based on what kind of perspective we see a particle, a space and a time.
classical physics assumption always be "a static space, static time and static particle", but in quantum's area vice versa.

I hope I can take Phd on physics and make a fun-discuss with him ...

@nickharvey7 no

He should write something explaining physics for young adults.

Could the difference between quantum and classical physics be because quantum represents the passage of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π itself?
This theory is based on two postulates
1. Is that the quantum wave particle function explained by Schrödinger’s wave equation represents the forward passage of time or Arrow of Time itself photon by photon
2. Is that Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle ∆×∆p×≥h/4π that is formed by the wave function is the same uncertainty we have with any future event

@underage4page: Who, Greene or the book?

brian greene is either a prophet, a complete badass, or the antichrist. He's awesome either way.
-
5, 6, 7? I'm 14 and I NEED to read this!

@reno36 So physics itself is not what makes it awesome?
I think it is so wonderful that Brian Greene is publishing a book directed more towards kids. I've always been a huge fan of Brian Greene and his attitude toward the public understanding of science, and this is an amazing thing he's doing.
