@atlgirljj Thats right!! My stoves dirtier then a dog , thats what gives it flavor!! =-p haha kinda like goin to your room as a kid and always feeling comfortable because of your own smell , I feel it kinda weird when the stoves tooooo clean..I like it a little messy <3

try seasoning before the flour, you'll get more flavor of your seasonings, and less flour will stick to it - the flour's not that good for you anyways.

try using bread crumbs! italian style breading is one of my favorites. Coat the fish with egg, then flour, and lastly bread crumbs. use in seperate bowls ;)
