I think this shows that they are hurting for ticket sales.Adverts on Jeoperday every night. Heaven knows, they've marketd me out of the house! HD's are much less expensive. When I got my tix booklet I was stunned at the prices (plus operas I didn't even want to see -- why subscribe?). And I used to always have a subscription in the 1990's and even as late as 2006. But I think I've probably seen my last production in the house. Just unaffordable.
