Thanks for your kind words. I hope others learn from my mother's tragic experience. In her case, a probate court and shyster lawyer decided to interfere in a family dispute that was not about elder care. It was simply about the way a mother chose to distribute her estate. On January 7, 2009, Judge Robert A. Hagler disqualified himself "from hearing further contested issues in the administration of this estate." On Aprill 23, 2009, Judge John C. Newlin, assigned by the Supreme Court of Ohio, ruled that Clara's handwritten will was valid. Finally... a ruling by the Probate Court of Greene County, Ohio that would bring joy to Clara Marsh! Hallelujah!!! :-)
I will remain my mother's staunchest advocate. Semper Fi.

I'm not an attorney but this woman's wishes seem pretty clear to me. Are shyster lawyers still arguing over what she wanted to do with her estate??? Money is the root of all evil - as the videos posted by Clara1916 demonstrate.
