A case of hemiplegia .On the affected side the reflexes are brisk, and there is ankle clonus. This is a repetetive movement of the foot when it is suddenly dorsiflexed.Ankle clonus is a sure sign of upper motor neurone lesion.

Dear Theroguesunit6 , All cancers are preventable. Testicular cancers are rare and occur in those whose testicles remain undescended, i.e. inside the abdominal cavity. Good nutrition especially a vitamin rich diet has great role in preventing all cancers. Avoidance of tobacco smoking has saved millions of lives by preventing lung cancers. Sunlight is important because it leads to synthesis of Vitamin D in the skin, but overexposure has been associated with skin cancers.
