3 Moves to Tone Your Total Body Workout

Certified Personal Trainers, Karena and Katrina, of Tone It Up show you how to sculpt your entire body with three of their favorite moves that can be done almost anywhere. These exercises were the same the girls taught a couple weeks ago when they led a bootcamp for a makeover event put on by Chriselle Inc., Michelle Phan, O Hotel, Lancome, Forever 21 and Veggie Grill. The workout includes Walking Lunges with Glute Kickbacks, Tone It Up Booty Blasters with Squats and Spiderman Push-ups with Tummy Tucks.   • And I have a round chubby cheeks face, can you tell some facial excercises which will work?

  • @aishakamal00 smiling and laughing! although exercising the face isn't something that will benefit the shape of your face.. exercise doesn't burn tissue where you work it, it increases the body's metabolism which in turn uses the fat stored throughout your body as energy :) it all peels off in layers throughout your body, similar to an onion! keep working hard, keep eating right, and you'll see a difference over time xoxo

  • What's the difference in speed between jogging and running?

  • @MoiSuperAlex it's not so much a difference in speed, as it is a difference in exertion/effort :) Running (or sprinting) is all out 100%, while jogging is much lighter, about 65% total effort

  • Hey i love you guys. Just someone so hot like both of you tellin us all this so humbly is a motivation enough.

    So my height id 5.1 and my weight is 53, I reached 58 few months back but then with a help of a lot of bran bread and diet control I got down to this. But im still fat. All these excercises are to tone up my body, how do I lose my fat? And also the workout you had for arms, right now my arms are fat and Im doin your dembell workout, would that give me very body builder muscles??
