today 29, 0ct, 2010 i run into the gym, to do my legs, i take the shirts off , i take my pre-workout suplements, i checking myself in the mirow, and what a fu** and can't beleave that, my right elbow looks like grow more than i expect, it look like wuw, fu****g freak...aaaaa...all gym members who saw that too was shockt..fuck them i get to the personal trainer show them, they said i will survive, they gave me ice to put on and i done my legs, on the mashines, and get out from the job to see my GP, in Canary Warf walk-in-center, xexe, gp- check on her computer, probably she didn't find much and she gave me ibuprofen, GP sucks, 3 years ago i broke my ankle, i cant eaven put my leg on the floor for 3weeks, and that time i bin in plaistow walk-in-center, one of gp make xray all that shit, and she tell me you can go tomorow to the job :)))) fucking bitch, now my right foot bit crooked, so this time i found more info on youtube.com than my GP tell..thanks for youtube and people who are making videos..now i will do potato compress, and tomorow first thing in the morning i make my pee compres, we will see can i come back in gym on monday, cous monday is my chest, tric, and shoulders workout, two days to go...on the rush to come back to gym
potatoe work but not well..try to use pee compress.first pee in the morning, cous during the night your body collects and stores some kind of thing like amonium or somethink i can't remember the name of that chemical.so that chemical takes the swollen of the something that's old style metod, than people don't have a medice they use this..workt for me..
