@pilotamurorei Well, doesn't Tobia's and Bernadette's reunion happen a while after the "end" of Steel 7?
I'm not sure if it's a few years or so, and Bernadette is pretty young, so... It's possible that her voice could have changed, right? He IS blind as well, because from what I've seen in Ghost, he relies on his other senses, rather than his sight, which leads me to believe that he did indeed lose his sight at the end of Steel 7.
I sincerely doubt the "amnesia" thing, though.
