@Drem0raL0rd Energy can be thought of as a mathematical trick that shows where balance between forces is. On a graph that shows energy vs displacement of a body, such as on a spring or the distance between atoms, the low point of energy is where the forces balance. Energy is defined such that it cannot be created or destroyed. Even in quantum mechanics where stuff literally pops out of nowhere, they call some energy positive and some negative so that they cancel.

I think energy CAN actually be created. They just don't know how.
The movie points out the First law of thermodynamics perfectly though. Great work !
