@ezymorninrebel You obviously know little about baseball history. The Big Red Machine was created by Bob Howsam who left St. Louis to rebuild the Reds. Brennaman is a lot better than Joe Buck who will never be Jack Buck.

Brennamann is about as big of an idiot as phillips. The reds will never get back to being the big red machine. The reds had to hire an ex-cardinals general manager and a bunch of ex-cardinals to even get into the playoffs and they sucked it up in the divisional championship. I could care less if the cardinals start a losing trend. At least we've won a championship this decade.

@MowDawg I loved Joe, and feel lucky that we got Jeff to try and fill his shoes. For my money, there is no better than Marty...his "objective homer" style (along with the voice and knowledge) is just what I would always want from any home-team announcer.
