Ron Paul is the ONLY congressman to have voted to limit the federal government to its constitutional powers consistently. And he has voted for both less spending and lower taxes over 12 terms in Congress, not to just cut taxes and inflate the deficit. He is the only choice for President in 2012 if you want smaller government limited by the Constitution.
No more liars! We won't get fooled again!

@abeismain There are loop hole amendments around the 10th amendment but things like the patriot act are still unconstitutional. I think they feel that they are the supreme law of the land so they can get away with it but in realty the law is still unlawful. congress cant pass law that contradicts our constitution. The government gets away with it because we don't do anything about it!

Technically, the constitution is amended so many times, it almost goes against our rights... that's what i feel like has happened with the patriot act, and some others. Any disagreements regarding this?
