@abotrieka20102 ...well its a mixed bag. Take what you read in mainstream press with a grain of salt
I didnt see any bad stuff the 10 days we were there.
In this neighborhood in which this video opens with, I was told was not only 'poor" but dangerous to be in at times especially if you looked like a tourist. I think its all relative to who what when and where you are etc.
I have heard "bad reports" of night time, is rough, robberies etc, yet in my own town of Portland I hear much of the same
