the quick misfiring is an ignition problem, faulty plug, coil going bad, or stator coil / trigger issue, only eratic spark causes sudden misfires! To test fuel delivery take a balled up shop rag, while the engine is running at idle speed, take the balled up rag & partially cover the carb intake, which means the plastic airbox needs to be removed! If the engine slows down, fuels not an issue, if you get an increase in rpm, fuel isn't being delivered properly! Carb & fuel pump needs checking!

That is a ignition miss check the cdi module or the pickup coil under the flywheel.

dude this is like the exact thing my boat does, first when we got to a place where we bought a boat off this guy because he said he needed a new one, so we took it out for a test drive and it ran excelent and fast, when we took it home, my dad added extra fuel and than we took it out on delaware river, ran fine and than stopped. Later on we noticed that the fuel that WE added had jelly in it( white guwy crap). so we changed the fuel, cleaned the carbs like 4 timesand started it and its misfiring

fuel problem, carb inspection is where i would start, get it to idle,,,,,clean carbs jets and all !, gas tanks, gas filter, bulb ok ?, use new spark plugs every year keep fresh gas in system.....this is all easy stuff first,,,,a little time consuming but not bad.....

I dont see any water coming from the water outlet. Either your waterpump is bad, or you have a cooling system problem somewhere. There is supposed to be water from that hold and from the exhaust. I think your bucket is too small.

at least yours runs......timing might be a little off but instead of in neutral put it in gear it might run better with a little load
