  • looks like my home sweet home =) East Tennessee the most beautiful place in the world. Anyways I am kind of rescuing a Plott from my work (i work at an animal hospital) and i was wondering if they are pretty good dogs? She is 10 years old which is why i am taking her because her owners were moving and couldnt take her and were going to put her down. I just was wondering if these dogs are pretty easy going? She seems to be... i just hope i dont get her home and she barks constantly!

  • lol. cant blame em. it looks like a nice day to just chill and take it all in for a bit. looked like a good rock to sit on for awhile.

  • was ya'll huntin anywhere near swannanoa

  • where are u at in NC cause i live in western NC i might have hunted in the same spot

  • i live down near the coast of NC, guy that goes by "catfish" does a shit ton of bear huntin all through the state...he basicly follows the seasons as they change from region to region. he hunts up in the mountains and his dogs are top notch, if youd like i might could get up with him for you

  • ive never heard ov it there mainly used on big game and coons witch are concidered small game but i aint never heard ov one hunting rabbits it would be very hard on the dog trying to do the same work as a beagle but i guess it can be done

  • My plott hound only does small game hunting. Although I know she'd do very well with big game too, she gets into the small game and gets her hunt out with just that.

  • I live in Utah too. Got myself a plott hound about a year and a half ago. Bet that was fun hunting some cougar!

  • look im not sayin its not possible im sayin its not probible..there just too dam big thts wat im sayin maybe your dogs can but most dont

  • ANY dog can do ANYTHING. Don't tell my dogs they can't hunt rabbits. Plott hounds 6 rabbits 0.
