It's his acceleration that makes it fast. It actually has the lowest top speed.

Hahaha, i remember playing this in a hotel once, and IMO the yellow car (Dr. Stewart) was the fastest, since I could never get ahead of him. But that was like 6 years ago.

Dr. Stewart was always one of the faster ones. Although the grip of his vehicle is not as good.
