i just found out the cocos islands i was talking about is in a different place. the one i was talking about is near us, australia. and people actually live there. so yeh

no dude. you cant... am sorry to tell you. I actually live in costa rica and know. Because its a World Preservation Area, and not only that but one of the 7 Ecological Wonders.

You can live near if your a coast guard. But INSIDE only NATIONALS and park guards and only 2 days a week
