If you're talking about the track at the beginning, it's "Naval Officer" by Jocelyn Pook. I don't remember what the second track was, but probably something by Steve Jablonsky.

Which compression was this? It doesn't have the usual pizalation that most movies on youtube have...

I created it in full-resolution and exported it to 320x240 QuickTime h.264 "high" compression at 15 frames per second. That looks very clean, and looks good on YouTube, which compresses it into their own Flash settings, but the size and the frame rate are the same, so no frame transcoding. Garbage in, garbage out. The cleaner the source is originally, the cleaner it looks on YouTube.
