@camprockaz They don't really mention her at all in the book, either. I think she's mentioned only one time between the second and third books, then she was a big part of the fourth book.

right so how come in this, jim saysat the end that sally will do anything to find adelaide. but in the following movie, the shadows of the north, they don't even mention her name??!

@MissSmurf93 If what you say is true (forgive me for being skeptical but people will pose as anyone and anything on the internet) you are extremely lucky and extremely talented. You did a great job AND you got to film with the future Doctor. I'd like to be an actress someday, I would give nearly anything to act opposite Matt Smith :D
