I saw many Garner concerts - all breathtaking. I wish he had written a book about how he conceived his introductions. So unique - as all of his ploaying. Thanks Errol RIP.

This cut is from an album called "Concert by the Sea." For all jazz lovers, this is a must-get!

My dad played this all the time at home and truly did it justice, never playing it exactly the same way twice and sometimes this one song would go on for over an hour being constantly remixed. He did that with "It's all right with me". I always got a little manic while listening and still do though, sadly, we never recorded our dad while he was alive. Oh, and he learned this by ear while listening to Erroll Garner records.

no not in the speed but in the original sound, everybody can make speed, but Erroll has something more than that....
