Yes, they would mostly be the same, what options do you have with a penalty kick?
You could; shoot it really hard are hope it hits a corner (Which is what most people will do). you can aim at a corner and shoot carefully, which gives the goalie a chance if you telegraph your shot, or do this, a chip the goalie will almost never expect.
So, I dare you to try to score against a pro goalie, bet you'll miss or he'll stop you.
