@lenaleeli417 maybe because of lacus's words when they finally met, lacus told her the words on 3:57, "you want name, appearance as well,i'll give them, but both you and me are different people, etc" then meer suddenly realized that lacus was right, and she felt on her knees on that time....maybe she realized that she did a mistake....
