For those without more than viewing experience, on pads, when a person isn't just throwing pre-sat combo.s, & going live, it is "much" more difficult to keep the pads dead-on. You have to try to be in the general area. I'm certain he knows what he's doing, & if more fighters wouldn't no record their close-to-fight workouts, you might know this. Also the fact he's moving the target, some...I know, it's Greek...Stop dogging guys sweating it out, already.

It doesnt matter how remy looks on the pads..he kicks ass in the ring. all these ass talkers on here only know how to look good on the pads and are completely useless in the ring lol and thats andre manaart holding the pads people...one of the best trainers in holland so shut the hell up
