6.0 Powerstroke 2003-2004 High Idle Mod (a how to video)

@ClinesStroker the later models will work, but you will use the upfitter switches already installed

How do you get it to read the RPM's on the odometer?

@lopinslow17 put key in, don't turn on.... push and hold trip reset, turn key to on, but don't start, hold trip reset until gauges sweep, ....you're in diagnostics mode...press trip reset repeatedly until tac shows up, start vehicle. When you turn it off, and start again....back to normal.

@laundrybag if it was a 3 prong switch it may need to be grounded.

hey i have an 03 psd 6.0l, i just tried this mod today, i have everything the same as you, but i didn't have any on/off 2 prong switches, all i had was 3 prong switches and i tried to hook it up all different ways, never high idled or changed idle at all...any suggestions????
