Ah, Blenheim Court 2008. I came home to find that our kitchen wall had MOVED! Turns out, they had dug out the floor next door and dug over removing a huge support beam from under us. I called the city and was told that they had no permits issued for any of the many renovations being done. Later, an angry building manager (Ivan) gave ME an earful for ratting him out! They offered to let us live out the rest of our time in a "vacant" suite (looked occupied to me) which we declined. No joke.

Why didn't you take them to RT Arbitration???? You would get financial compensation, reduced rent, repairs would HAVE to be done, and thospigs - Nelson and Gordon - would be forced into compliance with the Act. With such pigs there is just one course of action - LAW.
