@FuZZySlPPz I agree with you. Dual clutch is just a modern automatic. I prefer manual because it is more fun to me, but I admit that when it comes to acceleration, fuel consumption, and comfort, dual clutch transmission is the best choise.

@Vitalii im with scamper246 on this one. if you dont have a clutch pedal, its an automatic. simple as that. i dont care if you have 2 clutches or 20 clutches, no clutch pedal, is automatic. considering the car has an AUTOMATIC mode, i would say its a auto. your right you dont hear ferraris or lambos referred to as autos, but the truth is they just have a glorified automatic trans. "dual clutch" sounds much more exotic than simply "automatic"

@scamper246 Real automatics have large heavy torque converters, this transmission is properly referred to as a dual clutch transmission. You hear people calling F1 transmissions automatic? Ferrari's, Lambos?
