  • Susan Olsen filmed the Brady Bunch pilot in September 1968, so this might explain why she was wearing the Cindy Brady curls and probably filmed this episode around the same time. The racist Grandmother is played by Jeff Donnell who played the daffy mother of Gidget in the early 60's films.

  • I think I used to watch this. I believe it came on Sunday night. I guarantee you Corey didn't do this. and I agree with @alex77724, why does Susan always have pigtails.

  • why on earth is susan already wearing pigtails , is it some coincidence or what?

  • Watching this for a blog I'm working on about reality shows. I grew up on this show. I forgot about what a good show it was and how even back in the sixties people were not afraid to talk about racism like they are now. Now instead of talking about it, people resort to violence all in the name of "difference"

  • Why can't corey be the daddy! That white lady needs to have her ass kicked!

  • @Auschwitz2012 Considering that I do not speak for a collective (most have the sense not to), I do not speak as a "we" or a "you guys" any more than anyone else as a collective would lay claim to you. In generalizing, one can likewise say that you're behind and still have a long way to go as an accuracy. I've personally never had to 'come a long way', I was already there. Alas, I'm not fond of YT exchanges; I'll conclude. Enjoy the clip, I would imagine it's why you're here. Why else?

  • @daretosayit wow you guys have come a long way whooooooo lordi

  • @Auschwitz2012 Well, as of now you've met another :-). Generalization is always errant. I've always firmly believed that while I cannot control the color of my skin, I can control how I live life, speak, achieve, and stand in this world. I have never believed that my color would incline me to live within perpetuated stereotypes, and thus I do not; I'm quite far from it. It's unfortunate that you've not encountered the many who are described such as in TruthSeeker's response. Hopefully you will.

  • @TruthSeeker24. Well spoken, indeed.

  • I remember this so much, One of the best TV shows ever, It was cancelled way to soon.
