As soon as I heard this I was like "I've heard this beat on another song!"
Pac sampled it on his track "Nothing to Lose", I would know, I've been having that on repeat for the past week haha

I love this song now as much as I did when it came out!Mica is one of the most underated singers out there. She is still sexy and super funky!

@makaveliguy Wrong, R U still down had many originals on the album. They were just slightly altered. The original of nothing 2 lose has this same very sample. Youtube it. The album version is basically the same but modified.
-
@makaveliguy Yup but it wasn't totally a re-production. They just took the original beat and tweaked it at bit

1 fool didn't want to be held... :/

@makaveliguy its the same sample.. its just watered down

th r u still down retail verison is different then the og. 2pac sampled mica paris, but jhonny j and/or other r u still down producers took the 2pac sample and re-produced it
-

@makaveliguy Not true... Pac and Too Live Crew Produced that song... haave you heard the OG version? Pac ,made that song long before R U Still Down and Interscope Records refused to approve it.

2pac never sampled this beat to the song "nothing to lose"- one of the r u still down album producers did. the album makaveli 7 day theory was the last album that pac was involved directly.
This song sounds like Tupac's Nothing to Lose I knew that 2Pac version sounded Familar to me... I finally found this song I love it!

@TruDru1978 Yeah Tupac sampled this. It was a great song to sample. He hit a homerun!

wow... in the 90's they wernt shy in sexually exploiting men and their bodies in RnB videos :-s

That's an interesting comment. i guess they don't exploit men now? At least then there was more art in videos. Now it's all sex.

yeah but doesn't that make sense? women have men featured prominently in their videos and male artist have females featured prominently. humans have been exploited since the beginning of time.
