well i don't know if this was an obe or just something else that happend to me, but a few months ago i was sleeping i cant exacly remember the dream, but all of a sudden i felt like i was knocked back into my body, like my soul jumped off a cliff and fell right in my body

I do not want people to feel that the only way to OBE or achieving anything within you is through a high tech lab or money or anything physical for that matter.Its unbelievable that people thousands of years ago people knew this like how people today know how to say hello. why do we need to pay to find our inner self.

There is a lot of debate on this subject, one side employing scientific deduction and the other conjecturous hiersay. Though there is a subjective experience to be had by the participant of these episodes and I can offer my own there is very drafted mathematical biological equivalent episodes concurrently occuring, the same mechanisms we use to dream and observe our waking reality.

this has happend to me at first i feel like thousands of needles pocking me but im still awake and then i feel like im floating but i cant move at all while i was floating i saw exactly what my mom and my sis was doing i was trying to scream but i saw my body and just saw myself like moaning and my mom kept sawying what was wrong with my my sis shined the light from her labtop on my face and i woke up and i told them what i saw and they dont belive me to this day ive had this expirence 3 times

This has happened to me a few times it is very weird feeling. Like you are awake with your mind thinking away. You 1st start to notice something is not right when you feel like you weigh nothing. You look down & see your self at 1st you think you are dead. Then you see your self breathing. Its funny even know your eyes are open they are closed on your body. Sometimes you can tell your self to open your eyes & you wake just like that very very strange feeling.

I can only do it during Sleep Paralysis....just recently been trying to induce it a few times but end up falling asleep, just added binary beats to my ipod, will keep on trying .... its the best expiernce ever!!!!!it feels/seems so real, think it might be
