Have you tried jumpering the channels? Just use a Y adaptor into both channels. More gain and it brightens the vibrato channel creating a whole different sound. Another awesome effect is to hook up the two extension speakers, set it to "stereo" and play with the vibrato slow while jumpering the inputs. It sound like a Leslie organ! Magnatones all sound great but the 280 really shines clean with vibrato. The 260 and 213 are my favorites for overdrive. Mainly a power tube preference on my part.
