@sovietmarxist Why?
-
@idrepublix Only a mindless, fat scumbag like you can be obsessed about somebody else's weight. If counting calories is what brings you to orgasm, why don't you stick that medium-rare pork chop that you're holding with your fat, greasy paws up your ass? Whether you like it or not, China is destined to be the greatest superpower in the near future. And, it won't matter whether this is Deng's or Mao's China, in the end, there will be only one superpower: China.

@theredsmurf13 Moreover, though it remains as barbarous a place and government as Mao would maybe have liked - this is not Mao's China, you Commie dumb fucking fuck. This is Drng Xiaoping's China, one that would make Mao roll in his hellish grave and that he fought tooth and nail TO PREVENT COMING TO PASS. The fuck was a megalomaniac with his regular purges, denouncing of allies and common people and plays, for crying out loud - and insane Red Guard. How exactly did he get so fat in Jiangxi?
-
@theredsmurf13 Rising but as brutal towards its minorities and antagonistic towards its neighbours as ever - moreso. This is not the 'rise' of china, but its manufactured climbing atop its own peoples', and those around them's, collective backs. The massive income disparity, aging citizenry and imbalance of female-to-male ratios through the widespread barbarism of killing female babies are hallmarks of a coming crash of some kind in China. China remains as barbaric as Lu Xun lamented.

Chinese red army made the history. They are legend. No wonder you guys don't believe, LOL. Think about it, Mao led these 30 thousand Red army soldiers took the whole china. This troop in 1950 drove US/UN forces back to the 38th parallel in korea.
-
(1) red army had more than 100 machine guns supported the 22 brave soldiers and suppressed enemy.
(2) the bridge had curve and piled wooden pavement left on the bridge which somehow made the defender harded to shot at the 22 brave soldiers.
(3) another red army platoon was approaching the bridge from the other side
-
it would be impossible to cross that bridge.
damn infotainment.
-
Leestriger is quite right,the book i am reading about Mao shows how on seeing the bridge he thought it would have made a epic tale for a battle,and thus proceeded to write it into the communist mythos.It is fashionable to have pictures of mao and commie red star emblems after reading how this arse was responsible for the deaths of 70 million of his own countrymen,700,000 alone in the red base areas where they were before the long march in the most brutal purges,shame on any mao supporters.
Of course, for those who swallowed the US propaganda that Saddam had WMDs everything sounds like propaganda. As for the alleged 70 million victims of Mao's purge, Edgar Snow and other Western writers have denied it as fabricated lies by the same western nations that sold opium to the Chinese people (killing tens of millions) during China's occupation, looting the country's natural resources in the process. Now, Mao's China is rising once again, and one word inevitably comes to mind: "karma."
