I think you're being a little too antagonistic about this.
Don't look at this as an affront to white people, look at it as an impassioned young black man urging his and my people to a higher standard. You should encourage that, not attack it.
Speaking of proofreading, you might consider doing so to your own posts. You missed quite a bit of punctuation.
