Detroit's 'Marshall Plan' actually came in the form of President Johnson's "Great Society". The Great Society plan was a massive failure, and is the primary reason why Ms. Watson is allowed to make such an idiotic response.

you can do it- but you better build or produce something you can sell outside of detriot! Wishfull thinking is GREAT! as tony might say...your industry are at the end of there life cycle :( Sweep out the garbage and innovate..before the lights go out where your speaking..
